C.P.C. Technique

Crestal Approach with Periosteum Control

C.P.C is a technique designed to support flapless surgery, which allows surgeons to operate on gums without the use of an incision.

If there is not enough space on the vestibular side of the site to be implanted, the implant can come out of the bone.

In order to prevent the implant from protruding from the bone, an artificial space is made in the oral direction. C.P.C creates that space by inserting the bone graft material using the rigid elasticity of the periosteum.

The products required for using the CPC technique are included in the IBS Magic Kit: the Periosteum Lifter and angled / inclined hand lever.

A quality check requires a Magic Split and an elbow, with a mallet being used to join them together. The Magic Split is included in the Magic Sinus & Expansion Kit. A mallet is sold separately.
